Counseling

Who We Are

Healing starts with feeling grounded, steady in your body, anchored in the present, and supported in your full humanity. We, here at Roots to Ground Counseling, are here to help you strengthen your foundation so you can gently untangle what weighs you down and grow toward connection, confidence, and joy. With whole-person care and grounding-based tools, we help you root into yourself, so you can grow into a warmer, more developed life that feels true, intentional, and worth celebrating.

Healing through grounding and presence

We help you root into your body and the earth beneath you, finding steadiness, safety, and belonging in the present moment.

Whole person care as sacred work

Your mind, body, emotions, and spirit are honored as interconnected and worthy of gentle, reverent care.

Growing toward connection and joy

We support you in releasing what weighs you down and growing into a life that feels intentional, alive, and true to you.

Land Acknowledgement

Pikes Peak is the ancestral and present home of many Native nations and holds deep spiritual significance as a sacred mountain to numerous tribes. At least 48 federally recognized tribes have longstanding relationships with the Colorado landscape, including but not limited to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe, Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation, Jicarilla Apache Nation, Comanche Nation, Pawnee Nation, Kiowa Tribe, Northern Arapaho Tribe, Northern Cheyenne Tribe, and the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes. We honor these nations as the original and enduring stewards of this land, and we hold gratitude for the healing wisdom, grounding traditions, and whole-person connection to the earth that continue to inspire our work, our care, and our commitment to collective well-being.

Why Choose Us

1

Accessible care that meets you where you are

We accept a wide range of insurance plans and offer self-pay, reduced-fee, and sliding-scale options, because healing should be within reach, not another source of stress.

2

A grounded, whole person approach

Describe your service here. What makes it great? Use short catchy text to tell people what you offer, and the benefits they will receive. A great description gets readers in the mood, and makes them more likely to go ahead and book.

Our work goes beyond symptom management. Using integrative, grounding-based therapies, we help you understand long-standing patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change.

3

A supportive community, not just a therapy office

At Roots to Ground Counseling, you’re not just a client; you’re part of a compassionate, affirming space rooted in connection, growth, and care for the whole human.

Your journey matters. We’re here when you’re ready to begin.
