If your emergency is life threatening, dial 911.
If you are a current client and this is a mental health crisis situation, call or text # 988, which is the national Suicide Hotline, or contact the Colorado Crisis Line at 1-844-493-8255 or text “TALK” to 38255. If this is not accessible to you for any reason, you can call 911 immediately or have someone take you to the nearest emergency room OR crisis center (Peak View, Cedar Springs, and Diversus Crisis Walk-In Center are currently the 3 accessible crisis centers in Colorado Springs).

Emergency evaluations are conducted for serious mental health problems that require immediate attention. Evaluations are conducted in a variety of settings including at the MHP offices, jails, hospital emergency rooms, and if appropriate, homes of the clientele.
