The Prism Provider Directory connects you with healthcare professionals in El Paso County who prioritize LGBTQ+ individuals and their unique needs. 

The Trans Youth Equality Foundation provides education, advocacy, and support for transgender and non binary children, youth, and their families. This is a link for written resources for parents, educators, providers, and allies. 

The Trevor Project offers free, confidential mental health resources and crisis support for LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults. Their services include 24/7 text, chat, and phone support, along with educational tools designed to help individuals feel seen, understood, and safe during difficult moments. 

CDPHE has resources available to help people better understand which health issues impact the LGBTQ+ community the most. These resources will provide you with the tools you need to make informed decisions about your health.
